This was my first time trying this place as I had heard multiple great reviews about the smashburger. I went with the mushroom and Swiss smashburger and it was super delicious and cooked to perfection, definitely a 10/10! However, much to my surprise was the absolutely life-changing Mac and cheese. I have had mac and cheese all over the world at some of the best restaurants and I'm pretty sure this just took the number one spot. The mac and cheese was so creamy and cheesy it even has a cheese pull. I did not get my bartender's name but she was super friendly and the service was spot on! Definitely run don't walk to this place as you will not be disappointed and make sure you get that mac and cheese and thank me later!
It is rare I give out a full 5 stars. I worked in the food industry for 3+ years and making food is my hobby. The restaurant hits all the right things. The restaurant is clean from back of house to front of house. Too many restuanrts can give you food poisoning. Food is fresh and I have zero doubts that food goes bad. Little food hack is to watch cheese, milk-based items (cottage cheese, ranch, sour cream and pickles). If you detect any hint of sour or bad smell, the restaurant is not safe. Ive been to this restaurant dozens of times and haven't noticed an issue. Food quality control/assurance is really good. Portioning, spice level, cook time is always consistent. Food is always super tasty. Beer on tap was flat one time otherwise its always the correct temperature, taste, fizz. Service is always good for a sit down bar scene. Parking is always available on the street or parking lot. Its just a great vibe with good food. Give it a shot!
Our server Erika was just the best. She let me know about all the specials. We had the best time we never had to wait for another drink or food came promptly. She was so attentive. I do wish they would open the doors more often or if they are closed, turn on the air. They have a cute patio. I really love this place but I never know what’s going on there because they don’t update their Facebook with the bands or the music or the bingo or the trivia with times. I don’t know what night to come.
I got the traditional wings 5th st style. That is definitely the way to go. Very flavorful and delicious.
In town for a softball tournament and stopped for lunch. The food was amazing. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap and my husband had a Smashburger and they were both delicious. The waitresses were friendly and attentive to us as well! Highly recommend!
Came to dinner and had the best experience! Angie was our waitress and she was amazing! She recommended the best meal ever.. A SOUP FLIGHT! It was delicious! Will absolutely be coming back!

5th Ave. Bar and Grill is my new go to for great food. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The food is amazing. My favorites are the Smash burgers and the Italian beef Sandwich but everything I have tried has been great. They are also on Doordash so it is a convenient option for quick great meal on busy weekdays!
A very busy bar & grill that is a favorite with locals and passerby. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our meal started off with Pepperoni Pinwheels. They were piping hot, meaty and cheesy with the right amount of bread. The Pepperoni Pinwheels were so delicious that they didn't need a dipping sauce. My wife ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger Smash Burger and enjoyed it. I ordered the 5th Avenue Tenderloin with Onion Tangles. The tenderloin's breaded coating was peppery and so delicious. A hint of heat from the black pepper, and just enough breading coated the juicy tenderloin. The tenderloin was so big that the bun looked tiny. The Onion Tangles were crunchy and very addictive. I couldn't stop eating them they wete that good. For dessert we shared the Brownie Sundae. The brownie was rich, chocolatey and the vanilla ice cream was the perfect addition to cut through the richness. Absolutely delicious and a great waybto end the meal.
